Outdoor Living Spaces
This is a picture of a big back porch that wasn’t a very usable space.
The 3-foot door is almost in the middle of a 39-foot run of 13 doors. These 3-foot doors also 1/2 bifold in each direction to open the space to approximately 38 feet.
After we were finished, the client installed a nice swimming pool so the covered patio and pool area was opened up to make a beautiful and extremely usable space!
Porch Enclosures
The customer built the porch when the house was built and the original plan was to not enclose it.
We upgraded the space by adding a 3-panel sliding window, a 2-panel sliding windor, and a French door.
Our goal was to make the porch very appealing. Not only did we achieve this goal, but the porch also does not look like it was added on. The finished porch looks like it was always there!
