Ronnie McGee
Ronnie founded J & R Windows & Glass in 1979 with his Wife Mary McGee, and father Jonny McGee, which is where the name comes from J for Jonny and R for Ronnie.
Ronnie and Mary have two children, Crystal and William, and four grandchildren (Kaile and Brylee Kilmer / Alli and Denver McGee), plus their dog, Willow Grace.
Ronnie is the head of Commercial Sales and loves to work on his 1966 Chevy pickup!
Mary McGee
Mary and Ronnie got married in 1978 and started J & R Windows & Glass together in 1979 and continue to run to date. Mary is the head of finance and loves to spend time with her grandchildren.
Crystal Kilmer
Office Manager/ Sales Representative
The daughter of Ronnie and Mary. She started working for J & R Windows & Glass in 2001. She is married to John Kilmer and has two daughters, Kaile and Brylee Kilmer.
Crystal enjoys watching Brylee drive racecars and her dogs!
William McGee
Sales Representative
The son of Ronnie and Mary. Started to work at J & R Windows & Glass in 2010. Started as an installer but has transitioned into the sales department. He is married to Chelsy McGee, married in 2012, and has one daughter and one son, Alli and Denver McGee.
William enjoys coaching his daughter’s softball team and hunting!
Kaile Kilmer
Finance Assistant
The daughter of John and Crystal and Granddaughter of Ronnie and Mary. Kaile started working for J & R Windows & Glass in 2020.
Kaile enjoys hanging out with her friends and filming funny videos!
John Kilmer
Shop Foreman
Started at 13 years old! Meaning he started working at J & R Windows & Glass in 1995! He married Crystal in 2002.
John enjoys taking Brylee racing, and even racing himself!
